11. Copyright
11.1 You acknowledge that all original works created by WebStyleX, a brand of LavenderPrint, by its creator Liron Moyal (including but not limited to graphics, website layouts, code, images, illustrations, designs, and written content) (“Works”) remain the copyright of LavenderPrint / Liron Moyal under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
11.2 Unless an additional written and signed agreement is entered into between LavenderPrint / Liron Moyal and you, no transfer or assignment of copyright in the Works is made from LavenderPrint / Liron Moyal to you. Instead, you are granted, upon full payment of the agreed fees, a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the Works in the manner set out in your project scope.
11.3 If you wish to acquire a full assignment (transfer) of the copyright in part or all of the Works, this must be separately negotiated with LavenderPrint / Liron Moyal and recorded in a written agreement. Fees for assignment will vary depending on the size and complexity of the project (a typical range is £500 to £10,000) and will be invoiced separately under a “copyright certificate / assignment” invoice. No assignment will be effective until that separate fee is paid in full and the assignment agreement is executed.
11.4 Until full payment of any assignment fee and execution of the assignment agreement, LavenderPrint / Liron Moyal retains all rights under copyright, including rights to reproduce, publish, license, and create derivative works. You may not claim ownership of the Works, register them separately, or exploit them beyond the licence granted without prior written consent.
11.5 Upon full execution of the assignment agreement and payment of the assignment fee, you will be granted the rights as specified in that agreement (which may include full ownership or limited rights as agreed). After assignment, LavenderPrint / Liron Moyal will no longer exploit the assigned rights except as may be agreed.
11.6 You warrant that you will not challenge the copyright ownership of LavenderPrint / Liron Moyal in the Works, nor undertake any action that might prejudice its intellectual property rights.
11.7 You acknowledge that moral rights (such as the right to be identified as author or the right to object to derogatory treatment of the work) subsist under UK law and may only be waived or asserted in accordance with statute.
11.8 If you become aware of any unauthorised use of the Works by any third party, you shall notify LavenderPrint / Liron Moyal promptly, and it may take such action as it deems appropriate at its sole discretion.
