📋 What We Need From You at Booking
When booking, please fill in the short form at checkout and include:

• Your preferred 6 colours
• Upload your logo (highest quality available)
• Any text, images, banners, or design materials you’d like us to use

This step ensures we fully understand your vision before we begin.

💳 Project Payment Structure
After our call and once everything is clear, we’ll send you a breakdown of your total project cost, including any extras.
To begin your website:
• We require a 50% deposit of the total price
• The remaining 50% is due when your website is complete and ready for handover.
You’ll also receive an estimated delivery time based on when we receive all the required materials.

In the following form, please provide as much information and material as possible to help us fully understand your business and the type of website you need.
• Upload your original, high-quality logo files
• Include your preferred 4 main colours (These won’t lock your design, but help us build a palette. We use professional contrast and branding systems to match colours that visually work best for your business.)

• Your full name
• Business name
• Phone number
• Select the type of website you’re booking (refer to the list above for what’s included)
• Let us know if you need extra pages or custom forms specific to your business – we’ll add those to your project
Once your form and booking are submitted, we will give you a call to confirm all details and go over any creative direction, technical needs, and goals. This step guarantees your project is tailored to the best possible outcome.
By booking, you are reserving a spot in our design schedule, and your £150 deposit secures your availability with our team.
